Sutra Copying
In Buddhism, there is the practice of copying sutras character by character. We copy Hannyashingyo, the Heart Sutra in Hibutsudo. While some people engage in sutra copying with a wish in mind, by leaving behind mistaken views of the world and becoming absorbed in the act of writing, false thoughts that arise in daily life are extinguished, and you can enter a trance called "samadhi." Herein lies the sublime experience of sutra copying. No special abilities are required. What's most important is that you engage in the process with a sincere attitude. Insofar as time allows, try adopting a relaxed approach to the task at hand.
Reservation is not required. Sutra copying can be experienced at any time in the Hibutsudo.

Zazen
(Seated Meditation)
Through zazen, by putting the body and the breath in order, one's clouded mind grows clear. This is called the empty mind, which is not a state of nothingness. Like water can take any form, the mind should be without preferences and not hung up or caught by anything. Zazen is the best method for cultivating this gentle mind.

You can enjoy One day Zen experience that is easy for those who with no experience.

Location: International Zen Training Hall

After checking in, you can experience the following activities in any order you like, except during the zazen time:
※You can participate in shakyo and the tea ceremony after the zazen session, but for Shinshoji Udon (lunch),
